AP House

Renovation project of an apartament in a building located in the historic city center, to be rented to students. The apartment is composed by  three  different levels and an articulated section. We tried to preserve and readapt part of the pre-existing  metal structure, we projected  new furniture staircases, connecting the different levels. The  level nr. 0 hosts the kitchen and living room. At the first landing the staircase is located a metal and translucent  glass cloakroom. The level nr. 1, depending on the needs, can be used or as a big bedroom, or as as  study. At this level it has been created a new bathroom  with natural light coming from  the roof, that naturally  illuminates a wide shower, whose luminosity is diffused   though a fixed opening  toward the living room . The third  level is è dedicated to a more private bedroom with a second  bathroom. We even  designed a new small staircase  which contains drawers, connecting the second and the third level.
